About Evelyn Hua Pianist

Evelyn Hua, a gifted six-year-old, has demonstrated an exceptional passion for music since beginning piano lessons at age four. Her natural talent and commitment have led to remarkable achievements in musical competitions over the past two years.

 

Currently a first-grade student as well as learning in San Francisco Conservatory of Music Pre-college program, Evelyn successfully balances her academic studies with her intensive musical training, showing the same dedication to both. Beyond her competitive success, Evelyn demonstrates her love for music and community by regularly volunteering to perform at the Senior communities. Outside of piano, she expresses her creativity through dance, art and reading. Evelyn also enjoys playing with friends and family, reflecting her balanced and joyful approach to life.

  • Silver Award in category Rising Star A from 2025 4th San Francisco International Piano Competition, Aug 2025.

  • Third Prize in Category A(age 10 and under) in 12th ENKOR International Music Competition, July 2025. 

  • Gold Award in 2025 7th WPTA Finland International Piano Competition, Kids section category A, invitation to perform at Winners’ Gala concert in Helsinki, August 2025.

  • Gold Award in Young Artist Group, United States Division Online National round, 2025 IPPA International Piano Competition.

  • Grand Champion from Young Pianists I Contemporary category from 2025 2nd US Young Pianists Competition.

  • Honorable Mention from 2025 Pacific International Piano Competition (Age 7 and under group)

  • First Prizes in Prodigy category and Composer Theme category from 2025 Pacific Stars International Piano competition.

  • Second Prize in Prodigy II category from 2025 Global Philharmonic Music Competition.

  • First Prize in Charleston 2025 Virtuoso Music Competition, age 6 group. And Top 15 most exceptional performer Award.

  • First Award in 2025 4th San Francisco International Piano Competition, San Francisco Region Rising Star A category.

  • First Prize in 2025 2nd WPTA Italy International Piano Competition, Junior A category, invitation to perform at Winners’ Gala concert in Italy, fall 2025.

  • Second place in Young Musicians Category in American Protégé International Competition of Romantic Music 2024.

  • First places in both levels 1 & 2 category A from the 2024 1st US Young Pianists Competition.
